Sports Sign-up Night

Monday, August 9th, 4:30-6:00PM
in the Cafeteria.

All students
interested in trying out for a fall sport are urged to attend our Fall Sports Sign-up evening on Monday, August 9th, from 4:30-6:00PM in the MTH Cafeteria and hand in the  following to their coach in order to try-out on Saturday, August 14: EFFECTIVE WITH THE FALL, 2010, ATHLETIC SEASON, ALL STUDENT ATHLETE CANDIDATES MUST HAVE HAD AN IMPACT CONCUSSION BASELINE TEST PERFORMED AT THE SCHOOL BEFORE PARTICIPATING IN TRY-OUTS.

1. Pre-Participation Physical Examination (dated on/after April 1, 2010)
2. Parent Permission Form
3. Photo Copy of their Birth Certificate (only if this is their first time participating in a sport at MTH)
4. A Photocopy of their 4th Quarter Report Card (applies only to 10, 11& 12th Graders)
5. Residency Verification (in the form of a BGE Bill, Water Bill or Land Line Phone Bill)

Golf - Monday, August 16, Meet at 9:00AM at the Turf Valley Golf Course, Bring Golf Clubs

Football - Saturday, August 14, 7:00AM-10:00AM, and again from
11:00AM-1:00PM; Meet on the Football Practice Field;

JV & Varsity Boy's Soccer -
Saturday, August 14, Varsity candidates 7:00AM-11:00AM; JV candidates 11:00AM-1:00PM. Both sessions will meet on the front practice field (adjacent to the field hockey field and
facing route 99);

JV & Varsity Girl's Soccer - Saturday, August 14, ALL Candidates are to meet on the Track at 8:30AM. The first session will conclude by 9:30AM; Second session will be from 3:00-6:00. All candidates will meet on the baseball outfield;

Volleyball - Saturday,
August 14,
9:00AM-11:30AM, Meet in the Main Gym. Varsity candidates will return from 1:00 to 3:00.
