All Students interested in
trying out for a Spring Sport at Mt. Hebron
are urged to attend our Spring Sports Sign-up Night on Wednesday, February 17th, from 4:30-6:00PM in the MTH Cafeteria. Please bring with you the following information (For more MTH Athletic Information, and to download the required Physical Examination form and the Parent Permission form, please log on to www.mthebron.com):

  1. Pre-Participation Physical Examination (dated on/after April 1, 2009)
  2. Parent Permission Form
  3. Photo copy of their Birth Certificate (only if this is their first time participating in a sport at MTH)
  4. Meet the HCPSS Academic Eligibility Requirements (No “E” grades, Minimum 2.0 GPA on their 2nd Quarter report Card in order to try-out); 
  5. Residency Verification (in the form of a BGE Bill, Water Bill or Land Line phone bill -required once per school year)

Spring Sports try-outs begin Monday, March 1st, 2010. MTH offers the following Spring Sports:
