Fall Sports Sign-Ups Will Be Tuesday, August 12, 2008 4:30-6:00 in the MTH Cafeteria.

Candidates are to bring a Completed+Signed Physical Examination Form, Parent Permission Form, Birth Certificate, 4th Quarter Report Card, and Residency Verification in the form of a BGE Bill, Water Bill, Phone Bill (Land Line Only)

Fall Sports Try-Outs will take place Saturday, August 16th, 2008. Times and locations TBA.

ALL STUDENTS TRYING OUT MUST BRING A COPY OF THEIR PHYSICAL & A PARENT PERMISSION FORM.
Incoming ninth graders MUST also bring a copy of their Birth Certificate along with their Physical & Parent Permission form.
Returning Mt. Hebron Students (Grades 10-12) MUST bring a copy of their Fourth Quarter Report Card to try-outs along with their Physical & Parent Permission form.
